Alice Holland, DPT is an experienced physical therapist based in Portland, Oregon, who is passionate about helping her patients achieve their physical goals. With over a decade of experience, Alice has helped patients of all ages and backgrounds recover from injuries and improve their overall physical fitness.

In 2012, Alice founded a physical therapy practice, Stride Strong Physical Therapy which she grew to three locations in the Portland Oregon area before its acquisition in 2019 by a national company. Alice is now semi-retired and is currently building the informational website: “The Tennis PT.” This website is dedicated to providing valuable information on physical therapy and other health topics specifically tailored for tennis players. Alice is an avid tennis player herself and understands the unique physical demands of the sport, which is why she is dedicated to helping tennis players improve their performance and prevent injuries.

Alice earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California, where she honed her skills in orthopedic physical therapy treating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. She firmly believes that physical therapy can help people of all ages live active, healthy lives, and is committed to helping her patients achieve their goals.
